A group of students have participated in the Nationals held at Tal-Qroqq between 29th June and 1st July. This marks the end of the Season for our Southwaves SC swimmers. Students train several hours a week both early in the morning and afternoon. They have done well during the Championships by gaining important wins and others improving their Personal Best times. Well done for your perseverance and commitment.

Year 10: Hailey Ellul, Andre Sammut, Luca Graziani
Josef Caruana has been swimming with Southwaves SC since September of last year. During the Nationals he obtained 3 gold medals and 2 silver medals:
🥇100m freestyle, 100m breaststroke, 50m breaststroke
🥈 50m backstroke, 50m freestyle
Daniel Saliba has won 2 silver medals:
🥈 200m butterfly, 200m backstroke
