Nhar il-Ġimgħa 30 t’Ottubru, l-istudenti tal-Malti tas-CCP tal-10 Sena tħarrġu fil-proċess tal-ippreservar taż-żebbuġ fis-salmura. Wara li raw filmat ta’ kif isir dan il-proċess, l-istudenti mxew pass pass flimkien mal-LSEs tagħhom u ħejjew iż-żebbuġ bit-tama li ftit xhur oħra jkunu jistgħu jgawdu l-frott tal-ħidma tagħhom. On Friday, 30 October, the Year 10 CCP Maltese students had the opportunity to learn about the process of preserving olives in brine. After watching a video explaining the process, the students followed each step together with their LSEs and prepared the olives themselves, hoping that in a few months’ time they will be able to enjoy the fruits of their hard work. A special thank you to Mr Stephen Lughermo, Maltese teacher, for sharing this wonderful learning experience with us.
