Dear Year 11 students and parents/guardians,
I hope this email finds you well. I am pleased to inform you that Year 11 ICT C3 certificates and transcripts will be available for collection starting this Monday, August 17th , 2026 till Monday August 31st, 2026.
Certificates can be collected from the clerks’ office, block 5 first floor, between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), Monday to Friday.
Please note the following important points for collection:
- Students may only collect their ICT C3 certificates and transcripts after returning all school textbooks.
- Students must present their ID card when collecting their certificate.
- Students will be required to sign for the collection of their school leaving certificate.
- If a parent or guardian is collecting on behalf of their child, they must bring their child’s ID card with them.
