Dear Year 11 students and parents/guardians,
I hope this email finds you well. I am pleased to inform you that Year 11 school leaving certificates will be available for collection starting this Monday, July 20, 2026 till Friday August 7th, 2026.
Certificates can be collected from the clerks’ office, block 5 first floor, between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), Monday to Friday.
Please note the following important points for collection:
- Students may only collect their School Leaving Certificate after returning all school textbooks.
- Students must present their ID card when collecting their certificate.
- Students will be required to sign for the collection of their school leaving certificate.
- If a parent or guardian is collecting on behalf of their child, they must bring their child’s ID card with them.
Some students will also receive their Year 11 Prize Winner certificates and vouchers during this collection.
Please be informed that the ICT C3 certificate is not yet ready for collection. We will inform you as usual once these certificates are available at a later stage.
