Hospitality students at Golden Sands Resort

Students from Year 11 SEAC visited the Golden Sands Resort. During this visit, students worked with experienced pastry chefs to learn about different varieties of sweets as well as the structure and components of various desserts. The students liked this tour because they managed to make a variety of sweets while working in an industrial setting and being coached by experienced pastry chefs.
