New Applications
Online Applications for NEW applicants to apply for free state school transport for scholastic year 2024-2025 will be open as from Monday 13th May 2024. Online re-submissions and new applications will be closed on 22nd July 2024.
Renewals
Parents/legal guardians who are already using transport for this scholastic year will receive an automated email from our system to re-apply for the next scholastic year, 2024-2025. The message should be strongly conveyed that, even though you are using the service this year, it will not automatically be granted to you next year unless you reapply. The processing of applications for social and medical cases shall be communicated to you through a separate circular.
Kindly find attached leaflets for you to disseminate to schools and parents for their perusal. These leaflets outline the procedure to reapply.
Late Applications
After July 22, 2024, applicants must come personally to the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation to apply manually through the one stop shop.
Opening hours are as per below :
Monday – Saturday : 08:00 – 13:00
In addition, Wednesday : 16:00 – 19:00
Applicants must bring with them their original ID card / passport, as well as the student’s original ID card, birth certificate, or passport.
