On Monday 30th January, a group of Year 10 students visited the ALP school in Paola. The ALP provides students with an alternative opportunity through vocational subjects, empowering them with relevant and competent skills and providing them with both practical and theoretical knowledge. It offers hands-on and practical opportunities. We were welcomed warmly by the head of school, Ms. Spiteri. After an informative presentation in the hall, students were then divided into 3 groups (depending on their preferences: performing arts, engineering, or services) and accompanied around the various labs and classes.
