Discover a variety of interactive stalls and workshops designed to inspire healthier lifestyles, mindfulness, and community connection. Whether you’re interested in fitness, mental health, nutrition, or simply looking for new ways to unwind and recharge, there’s something for everyone.

The aim of this event is to encourage students, parents/guardians and all the school community to explore different aspects of wellbeing, including physical activity, mental health, creativity, and healthy lifestyles. Students will participate in a range of age-appropriate sessions prepared by various stakeholders, which include:

Entrance is free – and all proceeds from the evening will go towards supporting the St Jeanne Antide Foundation and its youth-led service IVY – Interrupting Violence towards Youth.

WellFest fil-Kulleġġ San Tumas More, iż-Żejtun
Il-Kulleġġ San Tumas More, Carlo Diacono, se jorganizza WellFest, festival li jgħaqqad il-benesseri mentali, emozzjonali, soċjali u fiżiku permezz ta’ kollaborazzjoni ma’ diversi NGOs, professjonisti tas-saħħa, edukaturi u għaqdiet oħra. L-attività se ssir bejn it-27 u t-30 ta’ Ottubru 2025 u se tinkludi madwar elf student bejn l-etajiet ta’ 11 u 16-il sena. Se tkun miftuħa wkoll għall-pubbliku nhar il-Ħamis, 30 ta’ Ottubru, bejn is-18:30 u l-22:00.
L-iskop ta’ WellFest hu li joħloq u jkabbar kultura ta’ pożittività, kreattività, reżiljenza, kura personali u komunità soċjali. Dan se jsir permezz ta’ esperjenzi interattivi li jsaħħu s-sens ta’ responsabbiltà, il-komunikazzjoni u l-għarfien dwar suġġetti varji relatati mal-benesseri.
Id-dħul għall-attività huwa b’xejn, iżda donazzjonijiet volontarji se jmorru għall-Fondazzjoni St Jeanne Antide u IVY, li jaħdmu kontra l-vjolenza domestika fost iż-żgħażagħ.
Ingħaqdu magħna għal dan il-festival speċjali fejn, flimkien, nistgħu nagħmlu differenza pożittiva fil-ħajja tagħna u ta’ dawk ta’ madwarna.
WellFest at St Thomas More College, Żejtun
St Thomas More College, Carlo Diacono, will be organising WellFest — a festival that brings together mental, emotional, social, and physical wellbeing through collaboration with various NGOs, health professionals, educators, and other organisations. The event will take place between 27th and 30th October 2025, involving around one thousand students aged 11 to 16. It will also be open to the public on Thursday, 30th October, between 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
The aim of WellFest is to create and nurture a culture of positivity, creativity, resilience, self-care, and community wellbeing. This will be achieved through a range of interactive experiences designed to strengthen responsibility, communication, and awareness about various wellbeing-related topics.
Entrance to the event is free, but voluntary donations will be collected in aid of the St Jeanne Antide Foundation and IVY, two organisations that work to combat domestic violence among young people.
Join us for this special festival where, together, we can make a positive difference in our lives and in the lives of those around us.
