The 20th of March is la Journée de la Francophonie which is a day that celebrates people around the world speaking and learning French. For this occasion, the Centre Franco-Maltais de Documentation et de Recherche decided to celebrate this day by organizing a treasure hunt in Vittoriosa. For this activity, 10 Year 8 students studying French from our school were chosen. Each group was made of 5 students each and accompanied by Ms. Annalise Dimech Pullicino and Ms. Sha-Kira Zammit (French teachers). Students enjoyed going around Vittoriosa to find answers to questions related to Birgu. Then, a prize-giving ceremony was organized where every student got a certificate and a small gift for their participation.
