Six students from our debate club participated this week in the Young Parliamentarians debates held at Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, Sta. Venera. After attending a number of training sessions with one of Aġenzija Żgħażagħ’s youth workers and investing lots of time in planning and discussing various arguments, these yr 9 & yr 10 students participated in 5 different debates against 5 church and independent schools. We are very proud of their hard work and motivation while preparing for these debates and of their public speaking and debating skills on the day. It was a great experience for them all.
