Year 9 Career-orientation
On Tuesday, 11th March, a group of our Year 9 students participated in a career-orientation visit to Grant Thornton, organised by our school’s guidance teachers. Grant Thornton Malta is a leading accounting and business advisory firm. We received a warm welcome, and, after a brief introduction, various speakers outlined the career fields available at the company. Managers, Assistant Managers, and Senior Executives from different departments, including Business Consulting Services, Transaction Advisory Services, Business Process Solutions, Tax, and Governance, Risk & Compliance, explained their roles. We were then given a tour of the offices, allowing us to observe the various employees in action. This experience inspired the students to excel in their studies, knowing that numerous opportunities await them in the future!
