On 6th December a Thematic Stem Debate was held for Year 8 students at St Ignatius College, Middle School, Handaq. Danyel Cassar of Year 8 Diamond represented our school. The theme was ‘Technology in the Life of Teens’.
Danyel together with other students from other schools discussed the pros and cons of technology in the life of teens. During this activity students used their knowledge to present valid arguments about the use of technology in their life.They also reviewed studies to support their arguments. It was also an opportunity where students learned some necessary debating skills.
