SCORPION 2024 – An Assignment by the Year 11 students who are studying the Diploma in Art and Design as part of MCAST Partner Schools.
In this project, the students explored a range of materials, techniques and processes. Together, they agreed upon a design and discovered ways to construct the scorpion using recycled metal. Through agreements and disagreements, they acquired not only creative skills but also ways of communicating ideas and learning how to work as a collaborative whole. Well done to the students, and special thanks to the art teachers!
