Dear Year 11 Students,
We hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying a restful break after the completion of your studies. We are writing to inform you about an important task that requires your attention. We kindly request all Year 11 students to come to school to check their school leaving certificate samples. To ensure a smooth process, we have designated a specific period for you to visit the school. Please take note of the following details:
Date: Between Tuesday, 9th July and Friday, 19th July 2024
Time: From 08:30 to 12:00
Location: Administration Block 5, First Floor, Clerks’ Office
During your visit, please make sure to bring your student ID card for verification purposes. Additionally, you will be required to sign a document confirming that the school leaving certificate sample is correct. We kindly request your punctuality and adherence to the designated timeframe to avoid any inconvenience. Please note that the certificate samples provided are for your reference only and are not the official final certificates. The official certificates will be issued later. We will communicate the details regarding the official certificate distribution once we receive further information.
Parents are also welcome to attend in place of their children should the latter be unable to do so, provided that they present both identification cards for certificate verification.
