Public Service Expo 2024

This year, the Public Service Expo 2024 took place from the 15th to the 19th of May at the MFCC Ta’ Qali. On Friday, May 17, when the Expo opened its doors to students from all schools and colleges in Malta to visit and learn how the public administration in Malta functions, a group of year 10 students from our school paid a visit there with two teachers, Ms. Sammut and Ms. Ciantar. This includes all government ministries, entities, and departments.

Students were given the opportunity to learn how public administration offers a diverse range of services to ensure that the needs and well-being of the public are efficiently and effectively met. All attendees could engage with representatives from various sectors and gain valuable insights into the plethora of services available to the public. There were several other activities going on under one roof. Besides the government ministries and departments, there was also a temporary cinema set up to show exclusive archival footage that offered a nostalgic glimpse into Malta’s rich history. Additionally, exhibitions by the disciplined forces provided insights into the crucial role they play in safeguarding the nation’s security.
