There’s a common misconception that physics is challenging, including a series of tough equations and monotony. But Year 9 students proved that wrong last week with an existing outdoor learning session using equipment new to them.
Teaming up with their classmates and working collaboratively, these students delved into the world of measurements, grasping its importance in our daily lives. They didn’t just stop at the theory or what they were taught in class. Instead, they took this new knowledge a step further, conducting hands-on experiments inside the lab. They explored finding volumes of irregular objects in the lab using different apparatus.
Learning physics, after all, is not just limited to the four walls of a classroom. Great work to our Year 9 students for making physics look exciting and fun.
