During this lesson the Year 11 SEAC students learnt how to prepare and serve different types of hot beverages such as the Espresso, Espresso Macchiato, Caffe Latte, Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate. They learnt how these hot beverages can be flavoured with different flavours such as caramel, coconut and orange. They had the chance to prepare their own Hot Chocolate with their own favourite flavour.
