- One consent form for all activities
- To give to students during the first week of school
- Parents need to fill in, sign and return to school
- Parents to be informed via email regarding outing details
- The member of staff in charge will send these details
- Refusal form
- To upload on the school website
- Need to have valid reasons – school needs to receive this a couple of days before activity / outing to evaluate request
