Basics of Deadlifts and Back Squats

Grupp ta’ studenti tat-8 u tal-10 Sena pparteċipaw f’sessjoni mas-Sur K Darmanin, fejn tgħallmu l-bażi dwar id-deadlifts u back squats, flimkien ma’ diversi metodi ta’ taħriġ bħal EMOM, AMRAP u HIIT. Bravi u prosit!💪

A group of Year 8 and Year 10 students had a session with Mr K Darmanin, where they learnt the basics of deadlifts and back squats, along with various training methods like EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), and HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
