Revision of Annual Exam Papers – 2025
Dear parents and guardians,
I would like to inform you about the opportunity for parents/guardians to request a revision of the annual exam paper for your child.
We understand the importance of parental involvement in supporting students’ learning and academic progress. While it is not feasible to provide copies of all the exam papers for every student, we are pleased to offer parents the chance to review their child’s exam paper upon request. To initiate the process, we kindly request parents to fill in the details below. Parents will be asked to provide their ID details for verification purposes. Requests for exam paper revision will be accepted until Friday, 18th July 2025. After this date, the school will begin contacting parents to schedule appointments for the revision sessions. We aim to complete all appointments by the end of July 2025.
During the revision session, parents will have the opportunity to review their child’s exam paper under the supervision of a designated staff member (not the class teacher). However, please note that the exam papers cannot be taken home or copied due to confidentiality and security reasons. We encourage parents to engage in constructive discussions with their child based on the exam paper, identify areas of improvement, and discuss strategies to support their child’s academic growth. Please understand that this initiative is optional. We also appreciate your understanding of our limitations in providing exam papers for all students.
