Year 9 and Year 11 Vocational Hospitality students had their first hands on experience in a 5 Star Hotel. The students rotated between four Hotel areas: the Vista Lobby lounge, the Quarterdeck bar, Oceana restaurant and the banqueting section of the Hotel. They had the opportunity to meet and speak to staff from these four food and beverages places and were also the opportunity to carry out some hands on tasks. It was a memorable experience for sure!
