Dear Students and Parents/Guardians of Year 11,
I hope this email finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important new opportunity announced by the Directorate for STEM and VET Programmes (DSVP) regarding the ICT C3 subject.
For the first time, Year 11 students following the ICT C3 subject can now sit for catch-up written examinations they may have missed in Years 7, 8, 9, and/or 10. This is intended to ensure all students have a fair chance to complete their programme.
Key Details:
- Eligibility: This applies to any ICT C3 written examination missed in Years 7 to 10 for any reason, including illness or change of school (cross-schooling). It does not include coursework.
- Registration Deadline: All current Year 11 ICT C3 students (2025-2026 cohort) who wish to sit for a catch-up exam must register their interest by not later than Friday, 16th January 2026.
- Action Required: Registrations must be submitted by the school. Please inform the ICT teacher immediately if your child is eligible and wishes to register for any missed Year 7, 8, 9, or 10 ICT C3 written exam/s.
