The coming scholastic year will start on Wednesday 24th September 2025.
INTRODUCTORY MEETINGS
It is the intention of the school administration to organise Online Introductory Meetings for parents and students in September 2025 as per the below schedule:

Link for the online meeting will be sent via email in due course. It would be appreciated if you could leave these dates free. These meetings will be recorded. Thank you in advance.
DISTRIBUTION OF Textbooks
As per our yearly procedure, the teacher librarians will be distributing the set of textbooks needed by all students to be collected from school before the commencement of the new scholastic year. More information will be provided closer to the date. During the first two weeks of school, books will be distributed to new students in other year groups.

Data collection AND PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO
The Year 7 students (2025-2026) and other new students in Year 8s – 11s are kindly requested to fill in the attached data sheets and return them when they collect the books. They are also instructed to bring a passport size photo, wearing the school’s polo shirt or t-shirt. This photo is going to be used for the school’s identification tag.
Collection of Money
This collection of money is directed at Year 7 students (2025-2026), new students in Year 8s-11s, who enrolled over the summer, and any other students who have not yet made their payment as of June 2025.
Money will be collected by the entrance of the block on the same day when you collect the books. This one-time payment will cover all expenses incurred for scholastic year 2025-2026 including photocopies, school diary, identification tag, lanyards, use of locker and the school magazine. It is of utmost importance that you prepare the exact amount in an envelope with name, surname and class.

School Uniform and runners
The school uniform, which also includes the school anorak, can be purchased from Yorkie School Uniforms. The gym shoes need to be black. You can find more details here:
STAY UPDATED – SCHOOL CALENDAR AND POLICIES
Please be advised that updates to the school calendar and policies will be posted on the school’s website beginning September 2025. It is important to regularly check for the latest information to stay informed.
It is of utmost importance that students check their school’s mailbox (iLearn) and our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and school website on a regular basis. We will send regular updates during the summer holidays.

L-istudenti tas-7 Sena (2025-2026) u studenti ġodda li ser jingħaqdu magħna fis-snin l-oħra, huma mitluba jimlew l-applikazzjonijiet mehmuża u jġibuhom magħhom dakinhar tat-tqassim tal-kotba. Importanti wkoll li jġibu magħhom ritratt daqs tal-passaport sabiex jintuża għall-kard ta’ identifikazzjoni tal-iskola. L-istudent/a għandu/ha j/tilbes il-polo shirt jew it-t-shirt tal-iskola għar-ritratt.
ĠBIR TA’ FLUS
Il-ġbir tal-flus hu speċifikament għall-istudenti tas-7 Sena (2024-2025), studenti ġodda li ser jingħaqdu magħna fis-snin l-oħra (8 Sena – 11-il Sena) wara s-sajf, u għall-studenti li ma kinux ħallsu l-pagament tagħhom f’Ġunju li għadda.
Intom mitluba sabiex dakinhar li tiġbru l-kotba, isir il-ħlas ta’ darba bħala kontribuzzjoni għall-ispejjeż ta’ matul is-sena skolastika 2025-2026 li jinkludu l-fotokopji, id-djarju tal-iskola, il-kard ta’ identifikazzjoni, l-użu tal-locker u r-rivista tal-iskola. Importanti li l-flus jitpoġġew ġo envelopp bl-isem, bil-kunjom, u bil-klassi.

UNIFORMI TAL-ISKOLA

IBQGĦU AĠĠORNATI – KALENDARJU U POLICIES TAL-ISKOLA
